5.2. Orders and Acceptance Placing an order through our eCommerce platform constitutes an offer to purchase. Fastmount reserves the right to accept or reject orders at its sole discretion. If an order is declined after payment, a full refund will be issued.
5.3. Pricing & Taxes All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Sales tax is applied at checkout based on your shipping destination and applicable state laws.
5.4. Payment Terms Payments must be made at the time of purchase via accepted payment methods. Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full (subject to clause 4.6 for approved account users.)
5.5 Payment Processing For all transactions on the Fastmount US e-commerce platform, payments are securely processed through third-party payment processors, and we do not store your payment information. Customers can pay using major credit cards, debit cards, and other accepted digital payment methods. 5.7. Shipping & Delivery (a) Fastmount ships within the United States using Fedex standard service. (b) Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer.
