Shipping Destinations

Fastmount ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in California.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST will be processed the same business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer standard shipping through Fedex, delivery is usually within 3-7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather delays or carrier disruptions. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout based on the delivery location and order size.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility

We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required.
  • Clearance or final sale items are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@fastmount.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation.
  3. Ship the return to the address provided by the support team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  4. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
